Our gorgeous tutus are one of a kind! Each tutu is carefully adorned by hand with flowers and sparkling rhinestones.  The waistband is made from soft satin with a matching waistband flower.  All tutu sets come with a matching soft crochet flower headband.  Fits ages 6 months- 8 yrs.  Currently tutu orders are taking 5-10 days to complete (but may ship sooner).
